Product Description Rain Bird CVD2010PKXS Drip Irrigation Dripper/Emitter with Built-In Check Valve, 2 Gallon Per Hour, 10-Pack. Unique spot watering dripper/emitter features a built-in check valve to prevent wasteful water drainage on slopes. This pressure-compensating emitter provides a medium-high 2.0 gallon-per-hour flow rate. Ideal for watering root zones of garden, landscape plants, shrubs, bushes, and small trees. Rain Bird's pressure-compensating design ensures all plants receive the desired watering rate regardless of their position along the distribution tubing run. Uniform flow is delivered throughout a wide pressure range from 15 to 50 psi. Barbed ends securely retain 1/4" Drip tubing for a leak-proof connection. Self-piercing barb allows for direct insertion into the side of 1/2" or larger Drip irrigation tubing, or use with 1/4" tubing for positioning near individual plants. Simple to insert by hand, or for faster installation use one of Rain Bird’s insertion tools (sold separately): ET/1PK25S, HPUN1-1S, and HPTCX. Designed with large water passages and self-flushing action to help prevent clogging. Constructed of highly durable UV and chemical-resistant materials to assure long life. Rain Bird emitters are color coded to easily identify flow rate. Convenient plastic bag contains (10) red-colored emitters. Also available in: 0.5, and 1.0 GPH flow rates to customize watering of varying plant types and sizes.
